Join the PACT team as a Project Coordinator at Toronto Pearson Airport. This role involves coordinating complex construction activities in a live airport workplace, ensuring seamless operations. In this position, you will oversee various aspects of the Interim Infrastructure Sub-Program.

The Project

Coordinator will help with planning, project administration, and site coordination across airside and terminal-adjacent works. Your efforts will focus on minimizing disruption while meeting project timelines and delivery strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers in construction planning and execution
Coordinate enabling works and phased construction activities
Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress trackers




Manage site access, permits, and contractor onboarding
Document site observations in active airside areas Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
1–3 years' experience in construction project coordination
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for RAIC
