Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation
Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens according to client preferences
Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during all tasks
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards




Uphold confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy by adhering to skilled boundaries and discretion

Qualifications
Fluency in English is required
Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within tight schedules
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Basic knowledge of laundry procedures
Demonstrated time management skills with a proactive approach to completing duties on schedule
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively environment
