Key Responsibilities Make exterior doors (entry, patio, sliding, etc.).

Perform accurate measurements, leveling, and finishing.

Install door frames, trims, hardware, and weatherproofing.

Ensure company quality standards and safety codes.

Maintain a clean and skilled job site.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements Proven experience as a door carpenter or installer (windows & doors industry preferred).

Solid knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques.

Ability to read measurements, drawings, and work orders.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
