Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily production scheduling and on-site operations management
Assist with improving workflow and production efficiency
Arrange manpower and production plans to ensure orders are completed on time
Monitor food safety, sanitation standards, GMP, and SOP compliance
Support daily production troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Coordinate and communicate with purchasing,



warehouse, and management teams
Participate in production floor operations as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen operations, or production management is preferred
Strong on-site management and execution skills
Experience in improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing workflows
Familiar with food safety standards and production processes
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
