We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Supervisor for Childcare to lead and oversee early childhood education programs. Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the childcare program, ensuring compliance with licensing standards and organizational policies
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to caregiving staff to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that foster early childhood development, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
Monitor classroom environments for safety, cleanliness, and engagement; address any issues promptly
Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and build positive relationships
Conduct regular staff meetings to review program goals, share best practices,



and ensure consistent quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation related to children's records, attendance, incident reports, and compliance requirements

Experience
Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability in teaching or caregiving roles within childcare or preschool environments
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a childcare or educational setting is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, children, and families
