Gyrosa is coming to the Westshore!

We are a modern take on traditional Greek street food. We place a large emphasis on customer service as well as focusing on taking care of our team members. Wage ranges from $19-$22 plus tips, and will be discussed upon meeting.

Our team members receive a free meal while on shift. We also offer discounts on meals when not on shift.

Prep Cook

Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Chop, slice, and dice ingredients as needed
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
Store food properly to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:




Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
