We are currently seeking a qualified Mall Manager for one of our commercial properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to the retail tenants, initiating meetings and identifying issues that could impact the operation of the Mall

Oversee staff to ensure properties are well maintained and ensuring all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and cost effective manner

Work with staff to ensure vacant spaces are leased, according to leasing procedures

Assist in the development of budgets and completing financial reporting

Provide support to and supervise staff associated with the portfolio including conducting annual performance reviews

Vendor contract negotiation and scheduling





Act as the Duty Manager for the Mall as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a Mall Manager or Supervisor

Professionalism and accountability, high energy, personable, adaptable, excellent people skills and customer service focused

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, local area knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective, proven leadership skills with previous supervisory experience

Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently

Computer skills including experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
