Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in our not-for-profit, Faith-based Thrift Store. This role is essential in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the retail thrift business, and a willingness to work along side our volunteers.

Responsibilities
Inspect, clean, package, prepare and price items for the sales floor.
Work along side volunteers and other staff.
Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.

Requirements
Previous experience in the retail thrift environment is preferred.
Basic math skills for inventory tracking and reporting




Ability to use a POS system; training may be provided.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
