The Senior Associate will
Serve as the key bridge between Client / Client Solutions and JPM's Product / Tech/ Ops teams
Help support net new Client onboardings to our highly technical, API-first product
Act as the first point of contact for Client queries, ensuring a high-touch and bespoke experience
Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
Monitor the performance of products and services by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

Robust communication/presentation skills that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences

Qualifications:
3+ years of Payments and / or Client Onboarding experience with a technical product
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
Experience working in a rapid-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
Understanding of the global payments industry
Undergraduate degree required
