The ideal candidate will oversee front desk operations, coordinate appointments for the clinical team, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced medi-spa environment. This role requires strong administrative skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry. and self-motivatedDedicated to providing outstanding client careKey Roles and Responsibilities :Oversee front desk operations as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, qualified, and seamless client experienceManage all client communications, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and confirming follow-upsCheck clients in and out efficiently, process payments, and manage billing with accuracyPrepare and maintain client intake and consent forms, ensuring all records are accurately entered and updated in the databaseProvide explicit, knowledgeable guidance regarding treatments, services, and retail offerings, both in-person and over the phoneHandle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, tact, and discretionCommunicate critical updates and information to the clinical team and management dailyContribute to maintaining the clinic's brand presence and client engagement initiatives, including supporting social media efforts as neededBenefits:Commision payOn-site parkingStore Discounts Salary:$18 to $22 per hour
