Colourfast Secure Card Technologies has been manufacturing paper and plastic products for over 25 years, and our growth is a direct result of the care, energy and attention to detail that we have invested and delivered to our customers, as well as our employees and are in need of a sheet fed printing press feeder to help us in our growth. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented feeder to join our plastic card manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will feed the printing press and assist the Press Operator in day to day operations

Key Responsibilities
Load paper/plastic into the press
Assist in the startup and operation of the press to include
Setup feeder
Bend and hang plates
Apply inks to fountains
Examine press sheets on the fly for normal and special variation
Stack or palletize delivered sheets to assure against offsetting or other damage
Clean up the press
Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, roller inspection and deglazing,



new blanket preparation, clean water tanks and make roller changes

Qualifications:
Proven experience operating offset printing presses or similar manufacturing equipment
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling is a plus
Ability to follow safety procedures diligently
Positive communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
