Come join our team! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) for a full-year, 12-month position. At Hide and Seek Christian Academy, we believe that faith and learning go hand in hand. Our unique approach combines the principles of Faith, Play-based learning and elements of Montessori to create a nurturing workplace where all children thrive.

Faith is very significant to us as we educate our children on Christian beliefs and values. We are looking for an individual that can contribute to our mission. We will only be looking at candidates that have their RECE and/or qualifications and experience to get Director Approved.

Duties
Daily prayer start our days
Weekly group worship
Creating outdoor adventures
Create and implement engaging lesson plans
Provide a safe and supportive learning workplace for children
Foster children's social, emotional,



and cognitive development
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
Toileting
Utilize classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
At least 2 years experience working in a licensed childcare
Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with children and parents
Knowledge of computer operations for educational purposes
Strong leadership skills to manage classroom dynamics effectively -Behavior Management skills

Must have current VSC, valid first aid CPR level C, and up to date immunizations. Pay: $27.00-$28.00 per hour
