Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Pizzaolo. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in the food industry.

Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant recipes and standards
Handle wood fire oven and cook wonderful pizza
Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist in meal preparation and food presentation to maintain quality standards
Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with food industry regulations

Skills
Proven experience in cooking, meal preparation, or food service roles
Robust knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience, including familiarity with food industry standards, is preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well as part of a team
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving and food presentation, is a plus
