Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen workplace. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced food industry setting, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Duties
Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and standards
Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate kitchen equipment
Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or in the dining area
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and maintaining stock levels
Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working setting for all staff members




Support team members during busy hours to ensure timely service

Skills
Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
Ability to handle food efficiently and accurately during meal preparation
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness and safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
