Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals
Provide physiotherapy treatments using evidence-based techniques and appropriate therapeutic interventions
Monitor and document patients’ progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, home programs, and strategies to support recovery
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals when required
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to support coordinated patient care




Maintain skilled and up-to-date knowledge of physiotherapy practices and treatment techniques
Follow all applicable professional, clinical, and documentation standards

Requirements
Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is an asset
Hospital or acute care experience is an asset
Experience working with pediatric patients is an asset
Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
