Responsibilities
Support pharmacists in preparing prescriptions, verifying medication accuracy, and managing inventory
Assist patients with over-the-counter products and answer basic medication-related questions
Maintain precise records of medication dispensing, inventory levels, and patient interactions
Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and pharmacy protocols
Handle medication administration tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and accuracy
Provide excellent patient care by offering friendly service and addressing inquiries professionally
Support the organization of pharmacy workflows, including stocking shelves and labeling medications
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Experience working as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role is preferred
Solid understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate patient care with professionalism
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
