Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks including rigging and carpentry work
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each project




Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project needs or concerns

Requirements
Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license for site access and material transport
