We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team. This role is vital in supporting pharmacists and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. Duties
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
Manage inventory by stocking shelves and monitoring medication supplies
Enter prescription data into pharmacy systems with attention to detail
Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision
Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with medical standards
Support administrative tasks such as billing, record keeping, and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols




Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely medication delivery and patient satisfaction

Experience
Prior hospital or pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with medical terminology related to medications and patient care
Experience in medication administration or assisting with patient care is a plus
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
Willingness to learn about pharmacy operations, medication safety, and healthcare regulations
Ability to fluently speak Mandarin or Cantonese will be an asset
