Overview

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Plumber to join our growing recent construction team. Our projects include multi-family developments, commercial buildings, retail shops, restaurants, and tenant improvement (TI) build-outs. Responsibilities
Install plumbing systems for new construction projects, including water, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing plans.
Install fixtures, equipment, and plumbing components according to code and project requirements.
Work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet construction schedules.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications
Proven experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or general maintenance
Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools,



schematics, blueprints, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to read technical drawings including schematics for electrical or mechanical systems
Physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and work in physically demanding environments
Experience with construction projects or assembly work is preferred
Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy machinery, welding, electrical work, and working at heights
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $35.00-$44.00 per hour
