Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, and producing high-quality finishes on residential and commercial projects. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working in a team workplace.

Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure proper adhesion of paint or coatings.
Apply paint, primers, varnishes, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other application methods.
Use hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation and finishing tasks efficiently.
Follow safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all painting activities.
Conduct quality inspections of finished surfaces to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.




Maintain a clean work setting and properly store tools and materials after use.

Skills
Previous painting experience is preferred.
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
