Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Payroll Telemarketing Specialist based in Toronto, ON. The specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service,



and communication activities to support sales and customer support functions. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and providing information about our payroll solutions.

Qualifications
Skills in Lead Generation and Sales
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
Solid Communication skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with payroll processes and financial services is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
