Ensure timely service while collaborating with Underwriters and Adjusters to provide optimal insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as clients' primary contact for insurance inquiries
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and make recommendations
Manage policy renewals and facilitate changes
Generate current business and ensure policy retention
Collaborate with Underwriters to resolve policy issues Requirements:
3+ years of personal insurance experience required
RIBO license is mandatory
CIP designation is an asset
Post-secondary education in related fields valued
