Create Compounding Pharmacy - MONCTON is looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team. This role is currently part time and is expected to transition to full-time later this year or early next year. We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that has expanded into a facility in Moncton, NB. Our facility has been open since January 2025 with NAPRA guidelines to offer sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding.

The Pharmacy

Assistant will work with Pharmacists, Technicians and Assistants to produce high-quality compounded products.

Responsibilities
Creating patient profiles in Kroll
Entering and processing compound orders in Kroll
Filling prescriptions
Compounding all types of non-sterile compounds - Including but not limited to creams, ointments, suspensions, solutions, injections, tablets, capsules, suppositories etc
Cleaning workstations and equipment between compounding products (including stacking/ unstacking dishwasher)
Making sure all batched items are well stocked





Skills
Prior hospital experience or Lab settings is highly desirable
Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and patients, demonstrating compassionate patient care
Knowledge of safety standards related to handling pharmaceuticals and laboratory materials
A proactive attitude with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous learning

Pay: $18.00 per hour
