We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Tinter / Matcher / Mixer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately tinting, matching, and mixing paint to meet customer and production requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with paint mixing systems in an automotive, industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Mix and tint paint according to manufacturer formulas and customer specifications.
Perform accurate color matching using computerized paint systems and manual adjustments.
Verify color accuracy through spray-out panels and quality checks.
Prepare paint products for customer orders and production requirements.
Maintain inventory of paint, toners, and related materials.
Keep the paint mixing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of paint products.
Maintain accurate records of paint formulas, mixes, and inventory usage.
Assist with receiving and stocking paint and supplies.
Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications




Preferred previous experience as a Paint Tinter, Paint Matcher, Paint Mixer, or similar role.
Knowledge of paint mixing systems and color matching techniques.
Experience using computerized color matching equipment is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle color variations.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automotive refinish, industrial paints.
Familiarity with leading paint brands and tinting systems.
