Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in multiple languages to enhance their experience
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide accurate information about products or services
Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a qualified environment
Manage customer flow efficiently by prioritizing tasks and handling multiple requests simultaneously
Use of a POS system and cash
Supervise junior team members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
Robust communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly




Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a quick-paced environment
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
Demonstrated organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage records efficiently
Use of a POS system and cash handling
Ability to remain patient, positive, and professional during busy periods and challenging situations
Availability Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm, NO EXCEPTIONS!
