Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care by monitoring health status, reporting changes, and supporting medication administration under supervision
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Support clients with dementia or disabilities through engaging activities and compassionate companionship
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected setting
Help with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure client safety during transfers or repositioning




Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or private home care environments preferred
Knowledge of senior care, hospice care, dementia care, and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Basic understanding of medication administration protocols (training provided if needed)
Ability to maintain a clean environment through cleaning duties and organization
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet client needs
