In this role, you will oversee payroll, employee advantages, pension administration, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Manage full-cycle payroll for faculty and staff
Administer employee benefits and pension programs
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
Maintain confidential employee files and HRIS records
Implement HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR and payroll experience
PCP designation preferred, CPHR an asset
Experience in a unionized workplace
Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards
