Provide one-on-one therapy in various settings




Conduct evaluations and create tailored care plans
Document accurately using FOX’s EMR system
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and other specialists
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and care Requirements:
Valid Physical Therapy license in applicable states
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Basic EMR and computer skills
Current CPR certification
