We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a rapid-paced warehouse environment, ensuring products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, with a solid focus on quality and efficiency. Duties
Operate small bottle filler to fill, assemble and package mini products efficiently
Inspect finished goods for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards
Lift and carry up to 25lb boxes repeatedly, and stand for long periods of time.
Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Assist in inventory management by labeling, sorting,
and storing packaged items
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Must be 18 or older to work in this facility.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently alone or in a team setting
