We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, precision, and creating high-quality wood products. Duties
Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood components according to project specifications
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
Select appropriate materials and ensure proper handling to minimize waste
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation

Qualifications




Proven experience in woodworking or carpentry preferred
Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or plans
Familiarity with woodworking machinery and hand tools
Knowledge of safety procedures related to woodworking environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials when necessary
Prior experience working with assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or caring for individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required
