Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part Time Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the friendly face and organizational hub of our service department, ensuring smooth communication between clients and technicians. This position offers an engaging chance to support our community by coordinating service appointments, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with daily operations—all while making a positive impact every day.
We are looking for someone who can fill a vacancy in our schedule for Tuesday and Thursday shifts as well as the occasional Saturday.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with scheduling service appointments
Coordinate service workflows to ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance
Communicate clearly with technicians regarding service needs and updates
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain accurate records of service orders, appointments, and customer interactions
Support the service team by preparing paperwork and organizing schedules
Assist with follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
Experience working with children or in environments involving children is a plus, demonstrating patience and adaptability
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Friendly demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
