At Elevate Eyecare, we believe exceptional eye care goes beyond the exam room. We’re a patient-centered eye clinic with a curated optical space, focused on delivering a warm, personalized experience from start to finish. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member who loves helping people see (and feel) their best!

What You’ll Do
Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every patient
Guide patients through frame selection and lens and coating options tailored to their visual needs and lifestyle
Support patients with ordering, pricing, insurance advantages, and point-of-sale processes
Assist with pre-testing, appointment flow, and general clinic support as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical and reception area




Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For:
A warm, professional communicator who enjoys working with people
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
An interest in eyewear, fashion, retail, or healthcare (optical experience is an asset but not required)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused workplace
Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
