You will play a crucial role in providing guidance related to healthcare regulations and college policies.

As an Advisor, your responsibilities will involve researching inquiries, offering information on services like Medical Skilled Corporations, and guiding the public through relevant processes. Your expertise in legislative changes will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from physicians and the public both verbally and in writing
Provide advisory services on healthcare regulations and practice management




Offer information on various membership services offered by CPSO
Maintain resource documents and correspondence templates
Assist in other departmental tasks as needed Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
High professionalism and self-motivation
Experience in a regulatory workplace is an asset
Excellent client service and communication skills
Proficient in Office365 Drive excellence in patient advisory services with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
