Personal Support Worker Certificate
Must be patient, kind, caring and committed to provide excellent care for seniors
Current Police Check – Vulnerable Sector Check
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
Willingness to work rotational weekends
Must be able to follow a care plan accurately
Must have a mobile phone
Must have Ontario Driver's License
Must have a reliable vehicle and independently be able to arrive at shifts
Must live in our service area due to variable client schedule
Submit TB 1 and TB 2 Records prior to employment commencing

This role will be required to travel between Guelph, Fergus and surrounding area
