Lead manufacturing excellence as the Senior Director of Operations at Canada's largest poultry processor in Brampton, Ontario. Oversee further processing operations while driving profitability and strategic growth. As a key leader reporting to the Vice-President, Operations & Logistics, you will manage significant manufacturing portfolios focusing on ready-to-eat and tray pack products.

The role requires extensive operational experience in unionized food manufacturing and will greatly impact the expansion of our processing facilities. By fostering solid cross-functional relationships, you will ensure operational excellence and financial success for our product range. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production strategies for ready-to-eat chicken products




Lead high-performing teams across operational departments
Champion continuous improvement and accountability initiatives
Develop partnerships with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain
Enhance safety and well-being culture among employees

Requirements:
Extensive experience in senior operations leadership
Proven track record in unionized food manufacturing
Robust commercial and financial acumen
History of successful transformations or facility start-ups
Agility in rapid-paced and evolving environments
