Orthodontic Records Technician

SmileZone Orthodontics — Calgary, AB Full-time | $18.00–$24.00 per hour | Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends

What Your Day Looks Like

As our Records Technician, you're often the first clinical face a new patient sees — you set the tone for their whole SmileZone experience.
Welcome patients warmly and put them at ease during records appointments
Take orthodontic photos, x-rays, and iTero 3D scans (we'll teach you how)
Upload and organize records in patient files with care and accuracy
Keep the clinical team in the loop on records and patient readiness
Help records appointments run smoothly and on time
