Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer/Cue medications accurately following care plans and protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Support residents with dementia or cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
Help with transfers, heavy lifting,



and positioning to ensure safety for residents and staff

Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is highly preferred
Robust patient care skills with a focus on senior and hospice care
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when needed
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills and compassionate attitude towards residents
Certification as a PSW or HSW is required or eligible for certification in your region

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
