Qualifications
Solid Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience to lead and support teams effectively
Proficient in Operations and capable of optimizing workflows and processes




Excellent Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and implement necessary improvements
Exceptional Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace setting and manage multiple responsibilities
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
Post-secondary education or relevant certifications in Business, Management, or related fields are an asset
