We are currently looking to hire a reliable, customer driven Parts Advisor. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in processing all parts purchases, meet performance objectives and follow policies and procedures as well as handle some shipping and receiving duties.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintains positive relationships with customers and co-workers
Take parts calls over the phone
Attends to customers who visit the dealership
Assists technicians in meeting their parts demands
Purchases and receives orders
Restocks shelves

Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum 2 plus years’ experience working as a Parts Advisor
· Previous dealership experience
· Exceptional customer service skills




· Ability to work cooperatively with other employees in the team
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure/ work in a rapid-paced workplace
· Experience with computers
· Shipping and receiving experience
· Bilingualism is considered an asset
