Order Desk Support – STONEarch & Porcea Stone

About Us

STONEarch & Porcea Stone are leading distributors of premium natural stone and outdoor porcelain products, serving dealers, contractors, architects, landscape professionals, and customers across North America.

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Desk Support team member.

What You’ll Do
Process and enter customer orders accurately
Review orders, quantities, pricing, and product details
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, operations, and logistics teams
Track orders and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain accurate information in internal systems
Identify and resolve order discrepancies
Assist with customer and internal inquiries
Support process improvements and other operational tasks

What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good technical and computer skills
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities




Comfortable learning new software and systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Previous order desk, sales support, administration, or operations experience is an asset
Microsoft Dynamics / ERP experience is an asset
