Club Med is seeking a G.O Village Training Supervisor to lead employee development across platforms, and to level up the G.O-G.E teams in soft and technical skills.

You will drive training using classroom, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job methods, ensure alignment with culture, brand, safety and risk, and coordinate with Village HR and Talent University.

Room and board are provided in the village, with visa processing and flights arranged by Club Med.
