Children’s Connection is seeking dedicated Program Support Coaches to provide assistance to school age educators. You will help develop protected environments, consistent routines, and Individual Support Plans for children aged 4–12. The role requires travel to various programs and offers a chance to grow professionally while making a difference. Key Responsibilities:
Coach staff to build positive relationships with children
Identify program needs and provide supportive interventions




Establish consistent routines and practices for children
Collaborate with program teams and the coordinator
Provide presentations on professional learning topics Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in Early Childhood Education
Minimum two years’ experience with school age children
Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
