Duties
Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials onto pipes and mechanical systems following blueprints and project specifications
Use hand tools such as knives, saws, and measuring tapes to accurately install insulation components
Apply caulking or sealants to ensure insulation is airtight and secure
Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine insulation requirements and installation procedures
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring proper fit and insulation integrity




Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly

Qualifications
Proven construction experience with a focus on insulation installation or related trades
Skilled in using hand tools and measuring devices with precision
Knowledge of caulking techniques and sealing methods for insulation applications
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately
Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work in various positions throughout the day
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Prior experience with blueprint reading is highly desirable; training will be provided for those eager to learn
