Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions about products, store policies, or promotions via in-person or phone interactions




Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and excellent customer flow
Support team members with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and basic math calculations for pricing or discounts

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and technology sales is advantageous
Ability to demonstrate professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Experience with product demos or upselling techniques will be highly valued
Must be able to work adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
