Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing guests with a welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, food preparation, and teamwork in a rapid-paced setting. Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is highly valued.

Duties
Prepare and serve breakfast items according to Marriott standards
Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring presentation is appealing and stocked regularly
Assist guests with food selections, and provide exceptional guest service
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, counters, and food stations
Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly




Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and serving techniques beneficial
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Experience in hotel an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
