The Health and Safety Coordinator will work to further implement, maintain, and continuously improve preventive measures that will enable us to fulfill this organizational mission.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Actively participate in developing the organization’s safety strategy
Promote a health and safety culture across all operations and coordinate prevention activities
Coordinate various health and safety projects outlined in the strategic and operational plan
Support the implementation and improvement of the existing prevention program
Serve as the leader of the health and safety committee,



participate in organizing the committee’s activities, and ensure that the committee’s recommendations, interventions, and actions are communicated
Provide support during investigations and analyses of incidents to identify root causes, corrective actions, and follow-up measures
Participate in the development and implementation of performance indicators
Conduct, as part of a team, risk assessments of equipment and our operations, as well as ergonomic analyses, based on established priorities
Support operations with health and safety training
Active member of the Soucy companies’ inter-branch OHS committee
