At The Sharp Music Cafe Brunch, coffee, food, and live music come together to create a warm and welcoming space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy meaningful moments.

We are currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and positive Barista to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is a excellent fit for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in making quality drinks, and wants to help create a thoughtful and memorable experience for every guest.

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service setting is an asset, but we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to cafe standards
Support light food and dessert service as needed
Welcome guests warmly and assist with menu questions or recommendations
Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
Help keep the bar, service areas, and dining space clean and organized
Restock supplies and support opening and closing duties as needed




Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Work closely with the team in a busy brunch environment

Qualifications
Previous barista, cafe, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset
Comfortable preparing basic espresso-based drinks
Basic latte art skills are a bonus, or willingness to learn
Friendly, warm, and confident when speaking with customers
Reliable, punctual, and works well with others
Able to communicate clearly in English with customers and coworkers
Available to work weekends
