Experienced MOA required for a fun, busy family practice clinic in Ladner. Must have 1 - 3 years experience, as well as an MOA diploma or equivalent.

Hours: Thursdays 8:30am - 4:30pm
Also must be available to help with sick/vacation coverage

Start Date: ASAP The candidate:
Must provide friendly customer service and have excellent interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must have valuable organizational skills and be able to multi-task
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Must be hard-working and goal-oriented
Must have experience in EMR software (MedAccess preferred), as well as proficiency in the use of computers and office equipment

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Appointment scheduling and confirmations




Showing patients to examination rooms and preparing them for the physician
Preparing examination rooms, setting up and maintaining medical supplies and equipment for all examinations and procedures
Measuring vital signs (i.e. Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Height and Weight, etc.) on each patient and recording in electronic medical records
Assisting doctor with procedures
Cleaning and sterilizing the clinic, materials and instruments
Checking inventory and ordering medical supplies and materials
Participate in team and staff meetings as requested

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
