We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to clients in Ottawa. The successful candidate will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Support clients with meal preparation and feeding when required.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to the client.
Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behaviour.
Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients,



families, and healthcare team members.
Respect client privacy, dignity, independence, and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate or equivalent.
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is an asset.
Valuable spoken English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful attitude.
Vulnerable Sector Check may be required.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
