Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support clients with medication administration following prescribed guidelines and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed to promote health and comfort
Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance mental stimulation and social interaction
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
Provide compassionate companionship,

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is highly valued
Demonstrated experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care
Solid caregiving skills with a focus on safety, patience, and empathy
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
